Wilshire taxi was wonderful very friendly and on time and I even set up a time for them to pick me up from the airport on my return and they were on time and wonderful can't say enough. I did not have to carry any luggage either to my destination or on returning it was a pleasure.

We used Wilshire Transportation for our wedding. We were not high on paying someone a ton of money to sit around in a parking lot while we wed, especially considering our hotel was literally 12 minutes away from our venue. It seemed that no limo service would ever take this into consideration and even the "deals" we were offered were ridiculous in our eyes.
So we decided to use a car service as a substitute and couldn't have been happier. The price was kept low simply because we only got what we wanted - transportation from here to there and back again.
The level of customer service exceeded our expectations, and they even threw in a car upgrade for free - we started out in a Lincoln Towncar and ended up in an Escalade. Can you beat that? Couple that with at least a 70% savings over a limo service and you might think to go down our path as well.

THEY LIVED UP TO THE HYPE!! I had a last-minute change in the scheduling of a medical procedure. As if getting an epidural in your spine isn't stressful enough, I had to come up with last minute transportation, so I booked same day with Wilshire Transportation.
I made my reservation online, received confirmation in less than 30 minutes, and went on my merry way. I had missed the mark on timing and was going to be ready earlier than scheduled, so I gave them a call to move up my pickup time - no problem. The driver was on time, called me to let me know he was downstairs, and was waiting with a smile and a helping hand. He was courteous, very pleasant to chat with, and got me home safe and sound. The vehicle was new, in perfect condition, and very comfortable (I ended up with an SUV because of the time change - which they had asked me when I called if this would present a problem due to whatever my medical procedure was - so thoughtful).
USE THIS COMPANY! I will use them in the future for airport transfers, cruise terminal transfers, and anything else I might need in the greater LA area.

The reviews on here looked great so I called. However, I could never get anyone on the line. I held and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited...finally I got transferred into voice mail jail. Finally, I just hung up and called someone else.
Maybe you will have better luck than me...
Okay, WOW...This Just In... The owner, Endalk contacted me and explained what happened and why he was unable to answer the phone when I called, and I completely understood. With that said, Endalk and I made an appointment for me to use his services on a trip I had from the airport to my home and OMG did he come through in a big way. He must have monitored my flight because I arrived early and as soon as I got off the plane, there was Endalk on my phone telling me where he would meet me. It was oh so nice...I met up with him in his very nice and clean and shiny black Cadillac Escalade limo. Yes, I was getting all sorts of looks at Burbank Airport. Endalk loaded my luggage, had water and the Los Angeles Times newspaper was waiting for me inside and gave me, I would say the best ride I've ever had in an SUV limo.
I had to redo my negative post with this one because of Endalk going the extra mile and he did in a mighty big way. So will I be calling him for more runs? In 3 letters, YES.

The usual car service we use for the office was super overpriced to drive someone from Glendale to LAX. I started Google-ing and Yelp-ing for another alternative. Wilshire Transportation popped up with tons of 5-star reviews which is very rare to find.
I quickly gave them a call and spoke with Endalk who answered my questions about the service. They offered a flat rate of $75 for a town car plus a 20% gratuity (if you want an SUV, it's a $90 flat rate).
Go to their website to make a reservation. Within 30 minutes, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Be sure to fill out the credit card authorization form and fax it in prior to the service. Otherwise, you can also pay using cash if you'd like.
My boss was a little late getting to the car on the morning of, and instead of charging double (which is what they normally do), Endalk only charged us $20 as they were going to be out-of-pocket for the additional amount of time the driver was waiting at the property.
It can be a tad difficult to get a hold of Endalk at times when he may be driving a customer, but just keep calling and someone is sure to answer. Every time I spoke with him on the phone, he was super helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

After my plane was delayed and after being stuck on the runway for half an hour, I was worried that Endalk would leave or at the very least charge me extra. Instead, he stuck around without so much as a hint of an attitude. The price was a flat rate fee of $60 (down from 65 after mentioning Yelp) plus gratuity from LAX to Valley Village. The last time I was in town I got a cab from LAX to Echo Park for around $100.
So yeah, if you're in need of a ride to or from the airport, definitely give the fine folks at Wilshire Transportation a call.

Endalk is the bomb! I took a cruise of Los Angeles, and I needed transportation to Long Beach as well as pick up service returning. The driver was very courteous and even waited while I had to gather my things for my vacation. The small talk was very endearing, and the escalade was very clean. I could not believe how inexpensive the ride was, and because my friend referred me to him, I received a discount. Now that's service.
